Prices
The prices are indicated in Swiss francs, including VAT and guaranteed.
The articles benefiting from a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the article, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice or delivery note), which we ask you to keep carefully. The following are not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.
Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable in certain cases. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the seller. They will be charged to the buyer and are his responsibility (declarations, payment to the competent authorities, etc.). The seller invites the buyer to inquire about these aspects with the corresponding local authorities. The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time in the future.
Availability
Our commitment to deliver is null and void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to the company. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible. The delivery time for the main products (Origin S coffee table) is about 12 weeks.
Payment methods
Payment methods: Bank transfer or credit card. Transaction fees may be charged for credit card payments.
The terms of payment depend on the type of product and are defined in the order form.
Delivery and transport
The dispatch of the available "spare parts" type articles is carried out by post within approximately 5 to 8 days. A participation of your share in the expenses of sending is required only once by order. If not available, a delay of 1 month is necessary for the manufacturing.
The main articles (Origin S coffee table for example) are delivered free of charge to your home anywhere in Switzerland after making an appointment.
PLEASE NOTE: the company does not deliver its parcels to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or those under guardianship, except with the written authorization of the parents or guardian.
Return or exchange of goods
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels showing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receipt of your package. The shipping costs related to the return are at your charge. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered.
Legal guarantee
Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the goods delivered so that we can remedy them. The product warranty is 2 years, provided that the recommendations for use in the instructions for use are observed.
Data protection
All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be the object of a data-processing treatment and can be communicated to associated companies within the framework of the management of the order.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The applicable law is Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction for a natural person is the place of residence and for a legal entity (company registered in the commercial register) the place of business.
